The venue was gorgeous and fantastic, I enjoyed the stay and the location was magnificent just next door to restaurants and stores and Saratoga Springs, NY and downtown, shopping, unique dining, and parks. The employees were superfriendly.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and the facilities were great.

Morning meal was top-notch, had some amazing dishes. The cozy decor made it even better. The spot is perfect, right in the middle of everything. The staff was super nice and polite. 😊

The stay was absolutely warm. The room was clean and gorgeous with excellent amenities. Everything was great as expected, though the bathroom was very old. The meals in an attached restaurant were exceptional.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. We were so close to downtown and there were some great restaurants nearby. The room was absolutely fantastic. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved all the amenities it had to offer, from the tea and coffee facilities to the comfortable sitting area and dining table. The room even had a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The service here was top-notch. We also enjoyed the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to cultural venues in Saratoga Springs. The private parking was an excellent bonus. It was an easy walk to Whitman Brewing where you can have dinner.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a very large and spacious 2-bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and a great living area to 'chill out' in. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything on Broadway in this city. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

This was a stopover on our long drive to Canada. The spacious suite with a kitchenette and laundry facilities was perfect for us. The location was great, with all the facilities we needed within walking distance. The staff, especially Joe, were friendly and helpful. a stress-free winter getaway.

Amazing Upgrades and Great Value

We had an amazing city break experience with lovely accommodations. The welcome package was a nice personal touch, and we were even upgraded from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom room – the perfect space for our small family. The studio room was also spacious and very comfortable. The location is unbeatable – close to nearby restaurants, shops, and galleries. We especially loved the complimentary access to the fitness center on-site – a great value bonus!

The only slight downside was the lack of information on the hotel website about the available amenities, such as the fitness center. the fitness center was a bit small.

The hotel is conveniently located in a central area with plenty of good restaurants and nearby bars within walking distance. It's also right in the heart of downtown.

I had a fantastic stay at Pavilion Grand and was blown away by the room. The one-bedroom apartment exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness and amenities, including a washer and dryer. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Despite a few minor issues with cleanliness and noise, I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Saratoga Springs. I was very impressed with my experience at Pavilion Grand.
